功能

1.可從車內配線盒連接至電路板作為電源開關.當汽車鑰匙轉至啟動時才提供電路板電力.
  電源電壓自動量測,10~15V範圍判定為12V,18~30V範圍判定為24V.
  電源電壓指示燈 LED 綠色0805,當 DC in>12V時恆亮,當 DC in<12V時閃爍.
  電源電壓指示燈 LED 藍色0805,當 DC in>24V時恆亮,當 DC in<24V時閃爍.

2.採四位數七段式LED顯示,最左一位數為功能MODE,右三位數為該功能的數值.
  以按鍵開關切換功能,並以按鍵開關設定數值.
  功能按鍵開關顯示順序分為,並依此循環.
  1.負載Duty
  2.頻率Frequency
  3.降低溫度Break Temp
  4.截止溫度Stop Temp
  5.低電壓Vcut
  off.關閉顯示Display off
  
  設定按鍵開關分為"加Up","減Down".

3.電瓶電壓過低保護,避免電瓶過度放電.
  電源電壓低於Vcut自動切斷.
  Vcut值分成10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 22, 22.5, 23, 23.5, 24, 24.5V.

4.以電路板上的金屬微歐姆電阻回饋方式限制輸出電流,避免HHO電解槽輸出超過所限定的.
  負載Duty的最大輸出百分率,分為16階,範圍0~100%.100%的 Imax值依產品規格,單位是電流 Amp.
  數值分成0, 6, 12, 18, 25, 31, 37, 43, 50, 56, 62, 68, 75, 81, 87, 93, 100%.

5.輸出的電流可以調整其震盪頻率Frequency.
  頻率的單位是100Hz,分為16階,範圍100~25KHz.
  數值分成1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250.
  
6.可以透過自動調整輸出電流大小來調整HHO電解槽電解溫度,避免電解槽過熱.
  基本原理是透過電解槽加裝負溫度係數型溫度熱敏電阻傳感器(NTC thermal resistor, 10K ohm, 1% 5V)取得實際溫度後,
  以使用者設定的溫度作為自動控制電流的依據.電路板本體提供 2.54mm插頭連接溫度傳感器.
  輸出電流 Iout 降低的斜度同時由兩組溫度開關調整大小.
  開始降低輸出之溫度Break Temperature Tb 數值可以是39, 42, 45, 48, 51, 54, 57, 60℃.
  完全截止輸出之溫度Stop Temperature Ts 數值可以是60, 62, 64, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80℃.
  Ts值設定>=Tb,電路板微電腦將以Tb為允許之最低溫度選定值.
  目前HHO電解槽工作溫度 T,輸出電流將依比例下降:
  當T<Tb, Iout = Imax.
  當Tb<T<Ts,Iout = Imax * (Ts-T)/(Ts-Tb).
  當T>Ts, Iout = 0.

7.電路板有6個M4螺絲固定孔,方便固定.
  四組輸出入接點,方便並聯至多四組HHO電解槽.
  微電腦超低功率消耗設計.

Function

1. Power On by car key capability.
    Automatic power source voltage measurement with voltage level LED indicator.
    DC range is 10~15V and is judged as nominal 12V.
    Green LED lamp is on if power exceeds 12V, and flashes when below 12V.
    DC range is 18~30V and is judged as nominal 24V.
    Blue LED lamp is lit if power exceeds 24V, and flashes when below 24V.

2. Auto low voltage cut off protection for battery.
    Auto cut off when DC in<12V for 12V battery.
    Auto cut off when DC in<24V for 24V battery.

3. Output current is limited through the feedback of onboard micro resistor to protect the HHO generator from drawing current larger than desired.
    Output duty (Imax) can be adjusted by potentiometer (10K ohm 1%), ranges 0~100%
    Duty percentage is divided to 16 grades, the value can be 0, 6.25, 12.5, 18.75, 25.0, 31.25, 37.5, 43.75, 50, 56.25, 62.5, 68.75, 75, 81.25, 87.5, 93.75, 100%

4. Output frequency can be adjusted by potentiometer.
    Frequency can be adjusted by  potentiometer (10K ohm 1%).
    The frequency can be viewed from the in car LED bar display box connected from the main PWM PCB.
    Frequency can be 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, 25kHz.

5. HHO Cell thermal sensor and temperature control
    Thermal sensor uses negative thermal coefficient thermal resistor (NTC type) 10k ohm 1% 5V.
    Sensor is connected to PCB with a 2.54mm pitch 2 pin connector.
    Output current (Iout) can be adjusted by break temperature and stop temperature respectively.
    Temperature protection function can be On/Off where On=Closed, and Off=Open).
    Break temperature (Tb) can be 40, 45, and 50℃, use green jumper to select where Closed=Selected.
    Stop temperature (Ts) can be 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80℃, use red jumper to select where Closed=Selected.
    The two temperatures can be selected with the jumpers on PCB.
    The desired temperature is selected when the jumper circuit is closed.
    The output current is automatically reduced when HHO generator temperature exceeds break temperature Tb.
    Iout = Imax when T<Tb.
    Iout = Imax * (Ts-T)/ (Ts-Tb) when T>Tb
    where 0<Imax<55A.
    If no jumper present, lowest temperature will be used by the micro processor.
    If more than one jumper present, only the lowest temperature will be selected by the micro computer.

6. There are four M4 type screw holes on PCB for mounting.
    The PCB preserves one socket for in car power on/off switch for forcing the PCB to power on or off.
    In car On/Off switch with duty/frequency LED indicator PCB linked from PWM PCB by USB cable.
    Onboard output connectors supplied for up to four HHO parallel cells.
    Extremely low power consumption micro computer design.
    Made in Taiwan.
